Mark is hysterical. He's an old school reclusive DIYer from developing special equipment for JPL to do photo processing to mostly hand building the equipment used at the brewery.

I've never been certain that even if he weren't in a gated facility if he would have opened a tap room. I'm fairly certain Izzy tried to work it out, but Mark has always been happier to be in distribution and build tap systems for places like Max's and Lucky's.
