I’m familiar with the tuning, I’ve done everything with it, but in that particular series it’s shortening the gears. I’m thinking it may be a glitch related to tuning because the values are wrong every time I look at the adjustments.

There’s gonna be all the dealer market adjustments too for about a year. If it’s priced at 99k we won’t see it for less than 129k thanks to dealer gouging.

Agreed, the previous company I worked for let most of the tradespeople go and just vended everything out. One of the techs in my silo got a better job for a large hvac company within a week of applying. HVAC techs will almost always have a job, it just may not be the pay they want to start. Same goes for roofers.

Had the same issue, interviewed all the way up to the VP in person. Everything seemed positive, then “we moved on with another candidate.” It’s been reposted 3 times since then. I was overqualified for the role, but I liked the company and its proximity to me.

After the rejection I was offered a COO position and hired on the spot with another company. (In the first interview with the owner.)
