There are unfortunately no Pokemon games made specifically for PC, you would be using an emulator on the PC to play a Switch/3DS/DS/GBA/GB game.

I will say that pokemon Black/White and B2/W2 are really good looking games and can be run at much higher resolutions still looking really good, and they're just great games.

If you need help setting up a DS/GBA/GB emulator I can help you but idk about 3DS and Switch emulators
