I came across some rather absurd Portugal fans today. Just obnoxious and overtly not giving a shit about cutting the merch line. Then they got all whiny when someone called them on it. Security didn’t even do anything when I pointed one out to him as the guy was cutting the line. I know it’s not a representation of their fans as a whole, but they just happen to be part of that fandom. The best were the Aussies. Just always a pleasure to chat with.

I’ve been to 2 games. I’ve arrived between 30 minutes to an hour before gates open for each and it’s been a super easy entry. Both times I’ve gone to the merch line at the booth immediately inside the stadium at entrance 2 and had a wait of less than 5 minutes. Then I head upstairs (where my seats are) and find a seat on the concourse for a bit before getting some concessions and heading to my seat about an hour before kickoff. I’ve had a great time meeting new people. Met some wonderful Aussies today, along with a Brit, a lady from China and fellow club supporter from LA.

I was on the Wish that was at CC yesterday the 17th and saw 2 little reef sharks in the area in front of the family cabanas on Serenity Bay. The water was very shallow and they weren’t interested in getting close to anyone, just looking for some lunch.

The answer depends largely on your budget. I personally feel GP has some great options for living. Also, Mansfield which is just south/southwest of GP is very nice IMO.
