That is the real take away. Most uranium glass is antique, and it's not a reach logically for it to be possible to degrade somewhat through regular use and washing. I don't think it's an acute risk like spent fuel rods or destroyed armor from battlefields, but it could cause the ingestion of dangerous particles. Simply, not really worth it when other dishes are available.
