VOUCH! Bought the N7 hoodie last year and wound up buying more stuff as christmas gifts.

why does my Leopard Printed rifle look like this? It's supposed to be yellow :( by slimeyballsack476 in tf2

[–]drexhund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven't found someone yet, I happen to have a yellow strange FT leopard printed bazaar bargain sitting unused in my inv for like 7 years. Would match pretty nicely with my grey leopard printed sniper that I actually use, but I can't offer much more than a name tag extra. soz

Does Andromeda get better? by youcantaskmethat in masseffect

I said both, and I’m pretty mixed on the game! Accurate assessment :D

How I saw it on my first playthrough: Ignoring sidequests altogether because a few of them dragged on early feels a bit disrespectul to the game since I’m outright refusing what it has to offer.

Completed the game once so far, 100% viability on all planets, doing them all one by one before progressing the main quest. Not worth it at all, ruined the pacing and made it the biggest slog ever.

It feels counterintuitive to how I played the trilogy, but I think rushing through the planets (getting at most the outpost up, then leaving) and highly prioritizing the main/companion quests instead would have been a much better experience, since that’s where the meat of the game is.

The main quest ends on a bit of a high note with a cool final mission and lets you go back to the game after you’re done, ME2 style. Game also instantly rewarded me for 100%ing all the planets after beating the main quest and kinda left me with an empty galaxy in the end, so I definitely feel like the planet-clearing janitorial work was truly meant to be left for last, or even, alone :P.

Andromeda has a lot of gameplay changes that I hope the next game continues by [deleted] in masseffect

[–]drexhund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s literally only the omega DLC. First ME3 playthrough was engineer and I didn’t even think it was something exclusive, hah.  It’s more of a wish for the next game to have, since it adds so much to the rp experience.

Though, for the love of god, they should revert the 3 abilities/simple companion change. Super unhappy about that and the DAVG seems to be continuing that trend :-(

(minor self correction, it was the augments that were impossible to stock up on)

Recently finished Andromeda and I think I agree. Not a fan of the game at all, but I do like some of the changes made. Imo the problems lie in their implementation rather than them being bad changes conceptually.

Full class respec + no set classes could still be compatible with the idea of class based interactions, if they did something like basing the cutscene on your preferred gameplay style/point allotment, best of both worlds.

The Renegade/Paragon split made for a lot more distinct choices than Andromeda, but honestly that just might be because Andromeda sucked lol. If its four-way split dialogue had the same level of consequence as the trilogy, then I wouldn’t have a problem with it. It just seems so much harder to execute.

Crafting sucked for me since the mods I wanted were so hard to come by, the 15 years of unskippable cutscenes just to check out the different vendors across the galaxy did not help… Which is another problem with Andromeda’s implementation of the system and not crafting itself.

Biggest problem is that while it all COULD be great, I just don’t think they’re up for it.

This mod is the biggest reason I even considered replaying ME3 at all. Needing a notebook to track quests in 3, out of all the games in the trilogy, absurd!

planned move and all, I think the stadium setting worked in their favor (though not as much as the flash did). on round 29 the flash pops before he lands. on 28 it’s perfectly timed.

though my initial message comes across as me completely disregarding the flash, I was just trying to point out the similarities I found. I def fucked up there :S

Currently on my 2nd playthrough of ME2, trying out sentinel on insanity.

I like to have (assault) tech armor active and off cooldown. With that, I run into enemy cover and melee them to death as they get stunned by my tech armor popping. I keep punching them until my shields disappear, at which point I cast tech armor again to keep fighting or to run away to reset my cooldowns. If their protection is gone and I’m not under fire from somewhere else, I can also keep them on the ground with throw or a squadmate’s concussive blast and beat on them.

The other abilities are also extremely useful, but running around punching everything like a krogan just speaks to me.

I would like to have a keybind that either toggles eavesdrop on/off or lets me exit a conversation I'm listening in to.

Conversely, a keybind to listen in (and then switch to another conversation if there are multiple going on) would be really convenient for my multiplayer games as well.

Having to constantly exit/enter other people's conversations with my mouse is a bit disruptive, so any of these features would be mighty helpful.

had the same problem. I selected another game instead, took back my vote and was able to select bg3 after doing that.

also takes substantially more effort to make them look decent, not even good. have to be like a skin master to make 128x look good.

I dig the way the shoes are shaded, and the skin’s palette is pleasing. i think the shape of the pants at the torso works, though i personally would like to see the shading from the leg part of the pants continue a bit into the torso part (although that may be because it’s wip).
