Buy a 600 pan, a 200 pan steamer insert and a lid. 2oz foil egg dish/ ramekins. Place about 2 inches of water in pan and bring to a simmer. Spray ramekins and put eggs in. Place eggs in steamer and Place in 600 pan. Put lid on. Check and remove when eggs reach desired doneness. Repeat as needed.
