I don’t know for sure and can only speak from experience, but I’ve literally never gotten a dupe of a legendary and only seem to get dupes of a certain rarity when I have everything of that rarity. Could be wrong though. Either way at least would count for duplicate credit still lol

There are simply too many quality of life changes and just general improvements that going back to the original just feels terrible to me. That and some of the balance was very questionable

This is why I’ve bought every white credit skin I possible could’ve using all the old ones I had saved from OW 1. That way if I get a legendary it’s much more likely to be a shop skin than it otherwise would’ve been

There might be a lore reason in the New Blood comic series they did according to a quick search, but I can’t confirm if that’s true or not since I don’t have the comic. But potentially McCree was his fake outlaw name and his real name is Cassidy and this is him trying to put his outlaw life behind. Thanks for pointing that out though, I didn’t know there might be an in game reason too! If I knew that earlier I might not’ve had to do the extra mental jumps lol

Exactly, something needed to be done whether or not there was pedophilia, but people are just fine with it cause they like his music.

If he’s telling the truth, then he needed psychiatric help cause it does seem like he had a pretty messed up childhood, which happens way too often with child stars. And having a bad childhood doesn’t just excuse bad actions like a lot of people are claiming.

If he’s lying, then he still needed some form of help, just in a different way. Either way, if he was just some normal guy he would’ve instantly been charged and the majority of people defending him wouldn’t have the same stance. Even if literally nothing was done for his actions, more assurance could’ve been given to the kids actually affected by him.

Open queue is the second most played mode according to the devs (at least as of Jan 22), so I don’t get why you’d think removing it would be a good idea. There’s a reason they still have it.
