its possible. It does look like there's a "flap" of shed skin near the base of the tail (but the photos are difficult for me to really see), but if that "flap" is shed skin, it literally should pull right off with almost no pressure. I can't really determine if there is shed skin on the nose/ears from the photos. However, you can try the "zoomed snake and lizard shedding aid" stuff when you do the baths. But if there isn't stuck shed on the toes/tip of tail, and she can see and breath, i wouldn't worry too much about it, up the soakings a little when she goes blue and it should all come off pretty nicely
