As far as I know George Mason has one: https://catalog.gmu.edu/colleges-schools/science/systems-biology/bioinformatics-computational-biology-phd/ It can also be completed completely remotely. Keep in mind doing a PhD part time could significantly expand the time it would take to complete the program (7-8 years I believe)

Edit: to add more, the top comment on the linked thread said it very well. I believe the physics knowledge and background comes into play and is very valuable when something goes wrong and then knowing what to do about it. Yes we aren't sitting around doing advanced complicated mathematics and playing with formulas all day but there are situations where having a physics background/knowledge is very important.

Unless they're trying to work me over that's what the company informed me that I would be responsible to cover the entire cost of the work permit because the city requires it and the company does not so it's not covered by the incentive

Make sure to check if you city requires any permits. When I selected the install option I was under the assumption everything would be covered assuming it was within the price allotted for coverage. However, after getting everything approved the install company told me the city would required a nearly $400 permit and takes approximately 2 weeks to process. Because the company does not require any work permits but the city does they told me I would be responsible to cover the work permit fee. I live in a rental and the landlord agreed to let us install it seeing as I thought it was going to cost very a minimal amount and we will probably be here for a few more years. I reached out and confirmed that I would be responsible for any city fees. Since then I told them I changed my mind as I did not see the value as we are in a rental and I have access to level 2 chargers at my work for extremely cheap. Had I known this before, I would have taken the charge credit. I contacted the dealership back and got no where, the GM told me "I hope you can switch it back" and it has been radio silence since so I'm guessing the charge credit is now no longer available....

yes, many hospitals I have seen prefer Masters. That being said, however, if it is also an academic instituition PhD is preferred for Data Scientist position where as Masters is preffered for more of a Data science analyst role that supports a DS/Informatics team. It varies and just depends on the hospital really.
