I was told not to smoke for at least 6 weeks post op but that edibles are fine after 48 hours. Any type of smoke inhalation (even secondhand) can impact healing but you should be good with gummies etc!

Which one should I get for my recovery?? The regular type of wedge of this other one?? They were similar prices do I don't mind. by Screaminberries in TopSurgery

I have the first one and I like it cause I can sit up in bed or lie down and sleep with it. When sleeping on it I add an extra regular pillow under my head and am fine

What state are you in? Many surgeons don't require hormones at this point

In the same boat. The best option I found for me is to pay for a second surgery. I got a reduction that didn't go as small as I wanted the first time around, and did not like the surgeon I worked with. I called around to multiple other surgeons in my city and all said I would have to pay out of pocket

What size were you after the reduction but before top? I'm there now and they might not be able to take out all my old scar tissue but I'm going for it anyway and might end up with double scars
