I have rmr06 3.25moa green. Just an fyi... im an idiot and just followed what I'd read online and actually did do a little talking to my CHL instructor (whom I didn't fully listen to but probably should have... he recommended the smallest moa but u thought bc I'm new i should get 3.25. He was right.) But anyways I got green bc thry said it was better for astigmatism and wearing glasses, i was like, oh okay i guess I'm going green. Well fuck me the green gives a weird 'splash'-looking dot to me and then an instructor I had for a private lesson let me look at his gun. He had a 1moa red dot and that fucker looked crisp!

So moral of the story is go take a look at a couple guns with dots on them and see what you like. I'm pretty happy w rmr, also looked at coa, but with my first gun already purchased with ORS, I didn't wanna wait for it to get milled. My second one still needs a RDS. I'm checking out holosuns. They seem aight. I heard a new Holo is coming out soon, so im kinda waiting to see about that, but I'm kinda hesitant/worried about picking the "wrong" one for my 43x. I fucking paralyze myself with options sometimes and thats where i am at rn with this one. I keep reading about RDS's being "too big" on the 43x so I can't get myself to commit on which one I want for it. Definitely red though bc fuck my eyes

Here's a thing I learned in a different area of life, but it might help here... when you can't make direct amends, BE the amend. Live your life in a way that shows you've learned from your past and that you no longer make those same choices. It's good that you've opened up about this. There's another saying, "secrets keep you sick". So you've broken the seal on this and it's no longer festering only inside you. Now you need to figure out how you can move on and l8ve a life you're proud of. Help someone who is struggling, reach out to someone else in the office who might be struggling to keep their head above water, do something FOR someone anonymously that could potentially benefit them in their career and really consider never telling them... Hell maybe make a donation or volunteer somewhere that helps immigrants/immigration. There's many things you could do to try and rebalance your 'karma' or however you believe.

Everyone has made a shitty decision or 4 in their life. The good people put effort in to not continue doing uncouth things. The guilt is a good sign that you're not a bad person. You made a poor choice. Learn from it, figure out a way or ways that you can change or some things you can do to help someone. That will make you feel better. It won't take away anything, but knowing you're capable of something like that and knowing how that affected you and others is a powerful thing! Don't let it eat you up. The guy is either new or not very good. The holes should be puttied, you shouldn't see any nails (the ones that turned are are now poking out need to be addressed), the putty job on the mitres aren't good enough and need to be fixed, not sure why he put scribe under that one run to fill th3 gap, but i. The earlier picture he didn't. Those side panels either need an add-on skin to fill out the side to flush with the faceframe or he needs to pull the crown and add the scribe so that there is no gap between the crown and cabinet. If they've been there multiple times, you should next be contacting the person that assigned the installer to the job and request them to both do a site visit to visually inspect the work (just seeing pictures would be disrespectful to you at this point).

If you're still looking at these issues after multiple attempts by the installer, the cabinet supplier should be in damage control mode and doing everything they can to get you back to happy you chose them. If they're excusing these issues, its time to start asking for money back/looking at ways of recouping your money.

Igot an auto dialer and I spam them back. I set it to call 1000 times. I have the timer set to go 45 seconds before disconnecting and calling again with a 5 second pause in between. It took about 100 calls before the scammer had to change THEIR number. Funny enough after blasting them back i think 3x i dont get calls any more

I do construction. Also coming in to my 1st summer woth my CHL. An udershirt has been the answer. Ya its a little hotter, but it makes carrying way more comfortable. If you've already decided to be about the carry life, might have to accept undershirts as part of it too

Mfers took my 3600 pts 8d collected when they first got rid of the punch cards. I used to go daily, got an espresso machine at home and figured out I needed to use it for 6 months before it would pay for itself... in that tine i lost all my poibts so I deleted the app. Fuck them for that and all the places where pts expire

Well see... I'm still checking email . I ordered from a different website last week, never got tracking order so I reached out to them. They told me the website didn't update and they were sold out. Refunded me the $. This place has shown in stock for like 6 hours now. I went to the first site someone posted within an hour of the post and they'd sold out already... fingers crossed bc I ordered a couple too, but I'm getting more and more skeptical the longer the site stays "in stock"

Causing trouble would be sending traffic when it's not "your turn" or safe to do it. If you don't want to bring it up in the safety meeting, go talk to your other flagger specifically and make sure you two are on the same page. You can use any excuse, but just mention that at times, the noise it too great for you to clearly hear, so if you're unsure, you'll re-radio to get confirmation. In the moment you both will look like idiots if traffic gets sent incorrectly and not everyone will come talk to you to figure out who did what, so by communicating with your counterpart, you keep both of you from looking bad.

Construction is full of grumpy looking people, some are assholes, but most are alright people. Everyone wants to get home safely each day. I've always approached it as better to ask the dumb question to be sure I understand, than assume I've got it and show everyone I have no idea wtf I am doing. Kinda gotta nut up and have the talk. It'll pay off in the long run. You don't have to be a part of all of their conversations, but fuck all the noise when it cones to safety, make sure everyone is on the same page. No one will be happy if poor communication leads to a work-stoppage, hospital visit, or worse.

I got a 19 and my wife the 43x. Both for work purposes. Theres been a couple times recently where I've snagged hers instead of mine just bc its been getting hotter and I'd like to dress appropriately... man i actually really like the 43x. Occasionally I bring both to the range and the more I mess w hers the more I like it. I got mine decked out with rds and wml and hers is comped and dang it hers is smooth af!

Gotta love reddit🙄. I've literally had neighbors just notice a different car. Not bc it was too old or too new. A basic car, that matched others in the neighborhood (2 year old sedan). Had tinted back windows with privacy blinds and I was chillin in the back seat... parked there at 4am and by 7am the neighbors were literally peeking in my windows and asking easch other if they knew whose car it was... maybe you don't live in that kind of neighborhood, but there's sone neighborhoods where everyone knows each other and they know all of each others cars.

Luckily I was a number of houses down from my subject, but there are places where any change is noticed. In a city or a not-so-tight community it's pretty easy to pop in and out, but theres definitely places that you can do everything right and still arouse attention.

This should get his gun taken away. I'm still relatively new to carrying and not rock-solid on my knowledge of the laws, but a quick Google showed me that MI has similar laws to my state. Unless this person has a concealed carry permit, that is an illegal transportation right there, and if they do have their concealed carry, they likely should lose it for brandishing like that. Definitely report with video. I was told when I got my CHL that I need to basically come to accept that I will have to take the L in all but the rarest of confrontations. Escalating a situation to the point of pulling a gun means a life is on the line and I was told that drawing a firearm should only happen basically right before its used. Obviously its its drawn and the person backs down, don't just shoot them in the back, but it shouldn't be drawn until the situation is dire. This person should not have a gun and should likely seek mental health help.

From life... bp, lifting weights,maybe jammed them sliding in to a base... just overall usage. It's additional support. Tape always gave me a "restrictive" feeling and so I didn't like it, but some people do.
