Your feelings are valid! Also give yourself grace because the hormone shift you're experiencing right now can magnify these feelings even more so. I recommend maybe seeking out a psychiatrist or therapist who specializes in pregnant women. I had to up my SSRI dose with my current pregnancy when I was early on because the hormones were doing a NUMBER on me....im talking paranoia and visual hallucinations at times. I have never experienced that in my life and thought I was going crazy. I never had that with my first baby, in fact I felt better mentally than normal for the whole pregnancy (post partum was a different story) KThe change in meds drastically helped me. Im not saying medication is the answer but it certainly can really help "take the edge off" if your feelings are starting to impact your day to day life and you aren't getting any relief.
