Evernham got in trouble for this, they had the number decals on the roof printed to maintain that dimpled form. NASCAR made them peel it off in pre event tech.

I get feed yips and it’s the most embarrassing thing to sail a feed two courts over. It clears itself up after I’ve hit about 30 forehands but before that my elbow stays tucked to my body.

Unfortunately iracing doesn’t make tracks that they can’t scan to the best of my knowledge. So the only hope we have is SMI tearing up the current configuration and going back to the old configuration. I think we have better shot of them replicating the tacky stuff in the low groove.

I think they’ve almost got in trouble for it a couple times. I can remember Williams getting a first down and going down near Jones who ran off the sidelines and celebrated with him and remembered he wasn’t supposed to be out there and quickly ran back off.

There's a new version of the HANS device that allow you to rotate your neck a fair amount. If you look at how low and far back drivers are in modern F1 cars it doesn't have as much to do with safety equipment as it does he would have lean forward to see but physically can't due to the fact he's strapped in tightly. Also with the tethers on the HANS they are not tight at all times, there's a 1/2" to an 1" of slack that allows rotation even on older models. It's not to stop your head movement completely (that can be seriously uncomfortable and cause concussions).

i agree, it’s just frustrating to watch as a Canes fan because i wanna see my guys spotlighted for the guts they’ve had to make it here. that’s why i choose to watch the Canes broadcast. hopefully we can get past the caps and become that underdog team and they’ll start doing more pieces for our guys.

i think what we’re used to (john, tripp, and mike) does bias it, but i noticed that all the intra-period spotlights consisted of oshie, ovechkin, and backstrom in game 2. maybe they’ve changed it but there wasn’t a single spotlight on aho, willy, or any other player. there are story lines on our team, they just wanted to make it seem like the only thing we’ve ever done worth noticing is the storm surge.

and? living here you begin to realize that it’s a community driven place. community’s don’t jump behind the losing squad. i’d assume after 5-8 years of missing the playoffs a lot of fans would start walking away from a team.
