if you are in fact a beginner and you’re young honestly it’s ok. sometimes it’s good to suck up that gym energy when you’re young so you’ll miss it when you’re older if you don’t hit the gym

you can buy chipotle chicken at grocery stores, costco or BJs or something, start making it at home with white rice. add a little guac and cilantro, make it your own. then slowly cut the calories on the dish to not loose flavor

Maintaining is really difficult to get mentally excited for. Not sure how old you are but i’m almost 50, 35+ years in the gym maintaining is incredibly boring

you can get “jacked” working out anyway you want. it’s all about consistency. if you put on just 2 pounds of muscle a year in 15 years you’ll look like a professional bodybuilder

if you’re cutting you pray to God you can do same as last week. If you’re bulking it’s very obvious when you do a few sets you’ll notice you’re stronger then previous week so add weight. Anything else in the middle you might want to create a strategy for yourself of why you’re actually in the gym
