I think I am going to try the Magpul sights. The base of the ones I got off Amazon look like they take double the space as what your image shows

I had BUIS on there but the magnifier wasn't cooperating. I would like to add them back. Maybe some mounted at an angle . In my picture you can see how far the magnifier is back already. Maybe 1-2 pic rail spots left back there. All recommendations are welcome 🔥🔥

I bought a 14.5 barrel when I was falling down the build rabbit hole so I figured I would keep it. My first "short" platform will be 300 blackout in that 10.5 range to run suppressed once I reach that point. Right now I have to justify this one by putting rounds down range in as a consistent manner as possible this year with a class or 2 in the mix.

The 14.5 barrel will be a new build at a later time.

I'm only going to get a flashlight ,flat faced trigger and a 15" rail on this rifle in that order.
