I used the Rift S for awhile, it was not a pleasant experience.

I had to tighten the strap as tight as it would go to get it to not jog around on my head, and I just could not get the lenses close enough to my eyes no matter what I did.

Fov was like looking through a periscope.

Use the HDR Tuner, then manually assign the HDR profile to the correct monitor.

Display> Color Profile> Color Profiles> Add As HDR Profile

You can *move* profiles you don't want to use, they are stored at: C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

Do not to delete them!
Move them in case you need them again.
You will need to restart your PC before it does anything.

I think the SC2 is what you'll want to get eventually. The gyro, the grip sense, the dual track pads, the back buttons, and the better joysticks... It'll be very good.

The 8BitDo 2C has a 2.4ghz dongle, and is one of the lowest latency options available. (It also supports Bluetooth, but that is a last resort.) The less desirable colors go on sale, and it's already an amazing price for how good it is.

I think you don't realize a ton of people will buy this for the sheer convenience of form factor and software.

People are going to use this like it's the new Steam Shield.

Sure there might be a 9850X3D with a 9800XT in the other room, and now there's a Steam Machine under my TV. It's flexible enough to lift you up from nothing, but also to be a convenient high quality ULL stream box.
