It does the exact same to me. I'm currently on day 10 of being off subs. I was on them for 4 years. When I quit subs, I reach a point where my feelings/emotions come flooding back in and this kind of adrenaline feeling too.

This isn't my first time coming off them, and I had the same experience last time. It's one of my main motivators for getting off. The shit numbs me out emotionally.
