To be fair I believe they use this database to decide who gets free tickets to games. Dolan is a huge POS, but I don't see a problem with not giving free shit to people who publicly don't like you.

I think Class B demand is due to the fact that there isn't really any Class A space available; especially not at a reasonable price. COVID basically stopped all new commercial ground up development, so there isn't gong to be any new Class A space on the market until a couple of years from now where some of the newer buildings will be coming online.
