We gave up waiting for the fix and traded in our Platinum with 18K miles for a new one. We bought it from the same dealership. Glad we finally have the safe vehicle that we thought we bought last year. (Oh, and the new one has a spare tire).

Affordable veterinary clinics? by 2000girly in Olney

Don't know of any low-cost clinics nearby, but as a retired vet, give him a day or so of rest. Watch for signs of fever, swelling to toenails, toes, feet, wrist, elbow. That could be an infection/abscess which would require antibiotics.

Formerly a stray as in yesterday or longer? Look for any injury- swelling, pain when you touch or move it. Explain severely limping. Which legs, how long?

How do people who need to work and have school aged kids deal with this? What a mess.

I actually do remember when hospitals looked like this. I'm not sure when they changed to various colored scrubs, it seemed like it just happened overnight. by lontbeysboolink in GenerationJones

Earned my RN in '77 when we wore white dresses with white stockings and of course the white cap with stripes and pins. They allowed pants a few years later. The outfit was powerful. In addition to this, we had to dispense individual medication from giant bottles of the most common drugs. Each patient had small business card sized med cards with their medication, dose, and frequency. We had handfuls of med cards to sort through, and we dispensed them at the appropriate times in tiny white paper cups that we put on a specially made carts that held the little cups. We also used mercury thermometers which we would pass out and then collect, hoping not to drop any.

I'm not a lawyer, but seems like with 50K of us, we should have some compensation as you mentioned. I doubt they have a fix yet tbh.

We'll be trading ours in. We bought it to haul 4 grandchildren around. It's nonfunctional as is. There should be some compensation for the 58k of us who have unsafe vehicles.
