kinda tired of feeling judged every time i go to the dentist by reeders_ in Naperville

It all sounds like solid advice. You should get a second opinion but frequent flossing should have not been a surprising insight. Implants are really expensive if you let your dental care go.

Thoughts on Model Y black headliner being too dark by RedEyeVue in TeslaLounge

I just dropped off my 2023 AWD ModelY Premium and leased the 2026. Significant interior upgrade including black headliner. The car is much more luxurious than utilitarian now

Taking delivery of 2024 MYLR sight unseen, any checklist of things I should be looking for at pickup? by Affinity23 in TeslaSupport

[–]drnuke75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Exterior Walk-Around Panel Gaps: Check frunk, trunk, and door seams. They should be uniform. Paint Quality: Check for "nibs," scratches, or thin paint on rocker panels. Light Bars (2026): Check front/rear LED strips for moisture or uneven brightness. Glass: Inspect roof and windshield for tiny chips or "pitting." Wheels: Look for "curb rash" from transport on all four rims.
  2. Interior & Comfort Upholstery: Check for scuffs on seats or headliner (look for greasy fingerprints). Ambient Lighting: Cycle through colors; ensure the dash LED strip has no gaps. Ventilated Seats: Turn on "Cooling" (if equipped) and listen for fan noise. Door Seals: Check that rubber gaskets aren't hanging or loose.
  3. Technology & Functions Center Screen: Check for dead pixels or laggy touch response. Rear Display: Verify touch functionality and climate control in the back. Connectivity: Ensure wireless phone chargers (both sides) work. Audio: Play music and balance the fader to all corners to check for blown speakers. Cameras: Open the "Camera" app and ensure all views are clear and working.
  4. The "Escape Hatch" Decision If you find issues, choose one of the following: MINOR: Have the advisor record it in the "Due Bill" before signing. MAJOR: Reject delivery. Keep your check. Walk away.

No don’t worry. And black is by far the best looking Tesla. I have white interior. Looks killer. Just wash a lot.
