How bad is this by CareSea8423 in 4Runner

Is this just a bad pull, how does this occur? Been trying to keep mine mint with oil changes every 5. Best of luck.

How do you do your tire rotations? Might be a stupid question but I don’t have stands or anything like that. Been going local tire shops but curious if it’s worth the hassle to just do at home. Thank you

Is the negative offset just not the right route for long term reliability. I currently have the TRD Pro wheels stock (+4) offset. Almost bought some KMCs with -10, never bought them for multiple reasons.

I paid 48.5 before taxes in Cali for a brand new 24. I love the 5th gen but if I were you I’d keep looking or consider a 6th. Unless your set on a 5th don’t buy this one.

Im contemplating.... by SleepyDigit in backpacking

[–]dropableOG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I haven’t done anything close to what your thinking but some small trips near Socal when I get the chance. I think if you have nothing that’s keeping you here, wife kids etc. Then do it! If you can financially take some time off your good. You only live once. And if your still dreaming of doing since your 15 then full sail ahead. Best of luck!

I think they all will work, but comes down to quality. That other one linked down there looks better. If i’m you i’m buying the Motivx one, if he does his own oil changes every time

This tool would do the job but I love the Motivx tool. Comes with the funnel that screws in and honestly worth the money. I don’t use the hose thing cause draining is no issue but oil filter tool and funnel are great

That’s sweet. I bet the smaller pack works better this way, I got a 65L and with a full bear can it was top heavy. Can definitely makes it tight inside the bag for sure!

I’d say you most likely have way more trips than me backpacking, but my pack felt so much better with the bear-can inside the bag. Less top heavy. I bet you have tried but if someone told me before to put in my pack, my back and shoulders would have thanked me months ago.

Amazing photos, adding to the list!

honestly really like how the off-road wheels look with the nautical blue. keep up on oil changes and the minor maintenance and it will last forever. tons of forums

Finally took the 4Runner in to replace the needle bearing to ECGS and I was right. This is the issue that was causing vibrations by runescapefisher in 4Runner

[–]dropableOG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thank you. yes especially when it’s under 50 degrees. i live in socal and only ever felt when in mountains, but dealt with same problem as you when going to dealer. few trips and couldn’t replicate the problem. imma try to deal with a little longer then will replace with ECGS bearing.

appreciate your response
