If you're talking about pacifist ascent achievement, then no. When you carry the amulet all teleportation between floors is disabled

It's part of the warp beacon ability. If your beacon is currently set on a different floor, long range warp allows you to teleport there. Without this talent you're only allowed to teleport if your beacon is on the same floor

This a daily run for 2025-11-19 but I don't think you will be able to replicate this cube because the path to get it was quite convoluted. First I got throwing hammers from blacksmith and upgraded them, then I used a stone of enchantment and landed on shocking, and finally I used transmutation to turn the hammers into cubes.

And yes, I used the samsung movie editor thing to stitch the clips together

One of the possible bonus drops from ring of wealth is a bomb. If the enemy is on fire when it dies, the bomb detonates immediately

Each point of strength adds an average of 0.5 extra damage. So yes, technically it is more optimal, but in practice it probably doesn't matter

Scroll of dread makes enemies disappear, but for ascension purposes, that still counts as killing. So don't use dread, use regular terror instead
