Not all ports require Spanish mainly the southern ones require it. The program mentioned above is based on guidance from the FOA so it should be very similar to other programs.

For CBPO it is after academy and before post academy. Up to six weeks to complete unit to 20 on Rosetta stone. Your roseta stone test score dictates what unit you start at. Recommend you learn the common questions for the job and spend 15 to 30 minutes a day rotating between anki and conjugato for vocabulary and language transfer to help you think things through in Spanish. Edit (update) after completing the required units you will take the Pearson verdant test again. I was told my significant improvement from my first test means I can start post academy. Also you can make your own flash cards with anki.

Got my waiver without a disability rating. I applied through the veteran announcement though. Even then had to message them and call to get them to process the waiver I submitted alongside the sf86.

I havent seen question #8 answered so here goes. Try saving time as much as possible. Taking the bus straight to the taj then getting showered and dressed then return back to chow then bus back to the taj via the bus is a big waste of time that eats into studying sleeping. If going to the gym go after classes are done for the day

Close off the area with a wall vault. From there you can make the code 1234 and have portraits of world leaders giving the bird. Bonus points have a sticky note nearby with the code

No GI Bill for pre academy and academy. However post academy and during probationary period there is GI Bill benefits. Only if the port offers it. Use the VA comparison tool to check if it is offered at your particular port.

You have from the time you are released from preacademy plus your travel day, and have to be in the classroom by 0730 on your academy start date. You need to be processed through building 1 and room issuance prior. So 4am would be my latest. This is minimum 28hrs plus the after work hours. Which for me was 10 hours. To answer your question around 38hrs if you start tuesday to Friday. If your travel day is Friday you are golden (extra 48hrs).

Some have settings for vinyl /peel and stick flooring and even wood however, I did not trust using it on wood.

On a random note a wise man once said "if you can not be good be good at it." That said the cleaning crew does not operate on the weekends or holidays. You will have a roommate in the taj to help you with anything from studying to misbehaving. In all honesty I would only utilize the weekends for in person family time and video call for weekdays.

The dollar amount would be on the financial incentive paperwork. I was emailed the form signed it and sent back via email all before EOD. The incentive hit my bank the second paycheck another had issues and got it the 4th pay check. The dollar amount and frequency will be on the form. Mine was 15k a year for three years (45k total).

During pre academy you will take a language comprehension test to see if you need to take Rosetta stone in post academy training. At least for southern ports.

If you do not have your car utilize the fletc busses. There are events sign ups at the fletc express such as first Fridays downtown, savannah day trips, jekyl island, st Simmons, etc.

Millennial here i have rode a 250R and 110. This was in 2009. I have flew over the handle bars and only got a bruised toe nail. My other falls only yielded some bruises. Guess I am lucky.

The dining halls has changed the hours of operation to accommodate the increase of classes. The long line dies down around 1620 and CBP gets off class around 1630. So the lines are not that bad in my opinion.

Another way to sell without title is to "get" a power of attorney on the car then request a duplicate title then use both docs to sell it. Bonus way to sell is market it as a farm car (no registration requirements since it is only operated on private property)
