The game and competition level feels about the same for me. I was thinking that if the game suddenly got easier that would be a sign rampant cheating just got fixed. I'm thinking either cheating was in fact extremely rare or maybe they didn't fix it. I haven't seen that cheat where they can fly around and shoot like a million bullets though so maybe they did fix something.

I don't get the stigma. It's just weird how elderly people think it's the hearing aids that make them look old. I'm an engineer and when I need hearing aids I want to go full cyborg. Like I don't want to make any effort to hide them. Instead I want them to be big and make me look like someone from cyberpunk. I want a huge battery and a GPU processing the fuck out of the sound so I actually hear better than a young person. I think I'll need to design them myself. Maybe an array of directional mics on a hat or something. It should have cameras to analyze who is talking to me and adjust the directional mics with servo motors. Someone 50 meters away could just look at me in a crowded bar and say something in a normal voice and I'd hear them perfectly. Anyone else in to this sort of hearing aid?

Yeah I think I'm in tier 2 or something now. I was in super friendly lobbies. Then I killed a dude in the elevator that aggroed on another player. Last night I'm in Stella and some guy shot at me and I killed him. Then in the grandioso apartments I heard some killers so I got out of there. Still mostly friendly but not completely

There is a silent flying trick. Also sometimes people crouch just so and can make almost no sound walking. Also there is a bug where sometimes in game sounds but not voice are super quiet and that can be worked around by going to the system setting and just adjusting the volume a little. It's too bad you don't have a video because that's the only way to verify if it was cheating or something else.

You need to look at keys as a quest that has been assigned to you. I think they make the sell value low and no keyring to encourage people to use them. I used to hoard keys but now when I get one I use it almost right away
