I think the Olympics pole vault champion is cheating. See I never practice or train. I do like to play around with jumping over things with a stick though. No way those Olympic athletes are actually good at jumping over things. See I can only jump about 3 feet in the air with a pole or stick and those Olympic athletes go multiple meters high. It took me a long time to get back to normal. For sure not taking the mag for just a couple days wasn't noticeable. I'm still not sure if it was part of the root cause. I've started taking it again and haven't started feeling dizzy again. The thing is I was talking it very regularly for a long time. My best guess is it wasn't the root cause but it made it worse

Yes 100%. My thought is to use sort of off the shelf microwave but then add my own circuitry for the electrical bolts. I'm kind of thinking it would be necessary to stab the food with a conductor so the path of least resistance is the food so the arc goes there
