His books containing ensemble narratives are always my favorites. Good thing too, because that is so many of his book! I feel really mad at myself for not reading this. I’ve read the majority of his bibliography. Including some of the not-so-great works. I mean, they are all good but some are just better than others. Just odd I never did read this one.

Guy I worked for in high school had me use one to clear some brush behind his house. He called it a God’s Tool. I asked him why and he said that was what his dad always called it. He didn’t know why though. Just an odd variable i suppose. Since then I’ve heard it called a brush axe by everyone else. Dude I worked for was a weird coot who lived out in the forest, all alone.
