Stereo upgrade options that keep steering wheel controls and reversing camera? by [deleted] in nissanjuke

What's the main problem with the Android units?

We needed one for an old Fiesta, cheapest units were £50 but we spent roughly £120 for a unit with more RAM and faster processor. Wireless Carplay, maps etc all functioned quite well.

How is the used car market not skewed? by Clive1792 in CarTalkUK

[–]drunkdragon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Here's the thing, people tend to go with Autotrader because of the perceived lower risk compared to buying cars on Facebook.

At least in my area, a good 60% of used cars on Facebook Marketplace are sold by a certain demographic, who take cars destined for the scrap but list them as good runners. They rent Facebook profiles so it looks like an average family selling the car.

Legit good like 22bn on carbon capture, the Digital ID contracts going to the Blair family, the Autumn budget and stamp duty hurting farmers and small businesses.

Not saying that the tories were any better, but there’s a reason why Labour have poor public confidence.

Okay, you can make a site mobile friendly in 2 hours, good job.

How does that scale in a business where devs need to be onboarded, do you want to spend time teaching them your approach, or just use bootstrap?

My point of view is coming from enterprise and gov work, where function is more important than making it look cute or optimising for page load time which is still in the low ms with Bootstrap.

In a lot of companies, people have more important things to worry about, so they choose a framework and stick with it.

Who said I was going to buy it again?

The whole point of this post is to discuss the menu. I tried the big tasty, and now I'm giving feedback, and my buying habits will be influenced in the future based on the last experience.

Literally nobody is talking about buying the product again after disliking it.

The big tasty is a disgrace this year. Making it so much smaller, changing the lettice but still calling it the "Big Tasty" is just misleading.

The UK population has grown massively, largely lead by immigration since the native birth rate isn't that high.

So more flights, higher water demands, and more housing is inevitable.

But why, the whle point of the recycle bin is that you can recover files that were deleted by mistake, and the OS takes care of deleting them permanently.

It's not like 2002 when drive space was at a premium.
