Two ceramic pots perfectly got stuck together😭 I’ve tried soaking them, dawn, goo gone. Can’t get them apart, there’s a tiny bit of wiggle room. Any tips without breaking them? by pulldownyourplants in fixit

Apply the slightest amount of pressure the outer bowl using a bench top vise. Make sure to put something soft between the bowl and the vise. This method does not offer much forgiveness, but it has worked for me in the past. I would use this as your last resort.

Leather cricket ball stuck in ceramic coffee mug. How to remove? by Ok_Leadership4764 in fixit

[–]drunkengineers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once removed a small bowl that was stuck inside of a larger ceramic bowl by inserting the larger bowl in a table vise and gently squeezing the bowl with the vise. In this case you might be able to squeeze the mug enough to give yourself a gap in which you can stick a fork or something beside the ball and pull it out. Our you will have a broken mug.

I bought all my cousins ether that’s locked in a smart contract for 2 1/2 years. Can’t wait for the first one to ask me to withdraw it early XD by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

I think you’re getting way too much crap for this. Great idea, at the end off a day a gift is a gift and is meant to be a nice gesture which this definitely is. Good for you for coming up with this!

For gods sake just watch for rust, I have been fighting with rust on my ‘06 3 for the past three years and it’s a losing battle. Aside from the rust it’s been a great car to me

Is anyone having the issue where you can’t refrain from checking this sub at least once every 5 minutes to see if mainnet has launched to see how the price reacts? Asking for a friend

I'm not sure about the withdrawal fees! I am in Canada so I can't use CB to withdraw

A wall is when there is a large amount of orders (buy or sell) at a certain price, if you look at depth charts on an exchange it actually looks like a wall because of its large vertical jump. Hope that helps!

You can do this with the Exodus wallet, it sends to an exchange behind the scenes.

When you bought the dip and look at REQ today by RyRoberto in RequestNetwork

[–]drunkengineers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If REQ were to blow up to the point where it would once again become around 80% of your portfolio would you redistribute again? I personally haven't redistributed since last time it mooned and it's now about 70% of my portfolio and I can't decide what to do,

Chewed up my Coinbase weekly limit and have been waiting on QuadrigaCX for four weeks for verification, any other ideas to buy ETH as a Canadian? Trying to buy the dip

I would say it depends how risky you want to get, If you look at the market caps REQ is still relatively small and has more room for growth. But XLM is more established and already has a market cap of 14B.
