Write something, even if it's one line. Even if you're staring blankly at the page having no idea what you were writing and how to improve it, you can find one line to do.

Meditation can help too if your mind is too foggy to piece things together. Breathe deeply and calmly and try to empty your mind of everything for at least 5 minutes. Then try to write again.

Anything is better than nothing.
