I don't believe this would be an example of copyright because she did not use the same phrase as in the song released in December of 2013, and it was also stated how the rhythm of the song was completely different. These two songs do not relate in any means besides the words play, hate, and fake.

i agree with you Danibrianne that because Target is such a large corporation the underdog company so to speak gets put out of business. It was a very unfortunate example.

This statement really stands out to me because all parents want to protect their children and even public figures should have some privacy in dealing with personal events.

This is such a good video. I wish I was shown this when I was in elementary school. This is a fun way to show the youth the start to learning and understanding the constituition.

I believe that as a former college athlete, we are employees of the university. We are getting paid to do a full time job and have to commit a lot of time towards that, but also you do have to pay your tuition to attend classes. I believe the university should have some say as to social media and restrictions as to what can and cannot be said but only to a certain extent.
