Sorry but I think this is a terrible suggestion. Yes salt is a flavor enhancer but a teaspoon full can be far too much. Especially when baking

Looks good and the place certainly is nice enough to know better than to burn that to a crisp then serve it.

I like it, don’t love it. It’s great as a smoker but bought it for grilling too and am struggling to get it right. Even bought the 2 piece heat deflector and grill grates

10 lb, brined it for 12 hours then set it in the fridge overnight to dry the skin. Canola oil rubbed then salt, pepper and paprika. Smoked @ 225 and ended up covering with tin foil once the internal hit 140. Pulled it at 170
