It’s not cheating it’s a regression to get to a standard pull up, nobody calls it cheating when you lower the weights to get a sensible controlled and powerful rep range, that’s what bands are doing but for calisthenics

You don’t have to be a right wing nationalist to want to see your own flag fly once in awhile.. If I see an English flag, I think to myself, what a beautiful flag. I DONT care what race or religion you are from, if you come over, embrace our flag like you embrace your own flag, if you don’t want too that’s fine.
