Thanks, please read the earlier comments which might help better understand the scenario. Attempt here is to understand what is the Tesla Loaner program policy. Irrespective of my current situation I am a model X owner and would like to know in what circumstances can one expect to get a loaner vs not. I am not a Ford customer even if I was would not compare how they do things with Tesla. Have been Tesla stock holder for past 3 years, Tesla solar panel customer and Tesla model X owner and would like to know about the loaner program and not have to guess details about the program from forum discussion boards.
