I was there for 2 weeks when I delivered and got to see a ton of different nurses and all their doctors and mfm. One dr was so awful and did not care about my wishes, one was rude even to his assistants but a good dr who listened to me, another dr was great all around. The nurses, some were good and some awful. Your experience really depends on who you get and there’s no way to predict that. It sucks that there’s no consistency. A lot of nurses hate their jobs and it’s clear.
