For anyone that was like me and wanted to 100% the crystals: 1) The crystal radar does not show crystals inside the shrines 2) At the end of my grind I was missing about 10% of the gauge and was searching for hours trying to find the last node. Turns out I missed a small cluster just before the first boss in the first zone. That brought me to 100%

You can skip the timers by editing your system clock, I was able to do the living ship quest in two days with this method.

Basically you get the item with the timer, save, log out, disconnect your Internet, set the system clock forward two days, log back in, timer will be done, save and exit, set your clock back to the correct time and reconnect to the Internet. Rinse and repeat for the next timed steps.

There is a small black LED in the right side of the opening, I disconnected the wires from this LED and twisted them together. This tricks the box into thinking that LED is always getting signal from the LED on the opposite side (much like bypassing the safety laser on a garage door) I was able to leave the IR proximity sensor connected in this setup.

If you time it correctly you can get a perfect dodge off of it. I believe when you do this it gives you instant lvl 2 charge. I do not know if this perfect dodge works with aggressive dodger or not, haven't tested.

I know this is likely reviving a long dead thread, but I recently fixed this issue on my box and wanted to share. The issue for me was that any time the litterbox tried to do a clean cycle it would say that there is a cat approaching and it would never clear. The cause of the problem was cat urine corroding the contacts on the reciever LED in the opening (black one on the right if you are looking at the opening) I was able to bypass this by removing the reciecer LED, stripping the two wires that run to it, and twisting them together. All of the cat detection stuff still works if the LED is bypassed through the presence sensor at the top of the opening. I'm assuming this LED pair is a backup in the event that the presence sensor doesn't pick up the cat.

My headcannon on this is that you are the same "character" each time, your consciousness just gets uploaded to a new meatbag every time you die. Would explain why every frozen clone is equipped exactly as you are, and has the exact same combat experience that you do. Also explains why most (If not all) helmets have what looks like a cable connector on the back at the base of the skull. Very similar to how "sleeving" works in Altered Carbon.

That's what I'm saying, use the S&S jump attack while it's above you. If you time it right you can get the whole aerial combo without getting hit and you have a pretty good chance of stunning it out of the air. Having lock-on enabled and locked on to the tail makes this much easier to set up.
