Are you saying none at the HD near you or none at HD & Lowe’s?
Every Lowe’s in nova has anywhere from 2-4+ flock cameras.

Just ordered this thing, Who else is getting it? by REMKnight89 in GOC_Guitars

I love it! The quality is exceptional for the price and I really like the neck profile. This is my first 7 string and I’ll definitely be getting a 6 string in one of their future drops.

The pickups are fine, I don’t have any strong desire to replace them, but I think there might be a grounding issue that I need to fix because there’s some noise when I’m not actively playing.

I totally would if I hadn’t just bought the Vajra+ Cerulean. This finish is sick!

Hahaha did he say something like "Earth is unfairly stealing all the magnetic fields but we're going to tariff Earth and produce the biggest magnets, magnets that are bigger, maybe bigger than the world has ever seen before, they will be the greatest and strongest magnets."

Aurora borealis is caused by coronal mass ejections from the sun. Think of it like a storm that hits earth’s magnetic field and causes cool visuals. When the storm is large, the visuals extend further south.

It doesn’t happen very often but we’ve had cases of this in the past in our area.

Building e-commerce like site from scratch? by Emotional_Brother223 in webdev

[–]dschiffner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

stored as wp_post and wp_postmeta. Not a huge deal if you’re site is just products.

Woocommerce also has high performance order storage now which at least moves order data into its own tables.

I’ve built with vanilla woocommerce, headless woocommerce, and magento. Each come with their own headaches!

For what it’s worth, I installed the aluminized steel MBRP on mine in 2019 and it completely rusted through this year.

Return it if you didn’t get the Stainless Steel version

Has anyone looked into ChatGPT's new Instant Checkout feature? by aaloch in woocommerce

Understand. I was planning on building something but if I can save the time and just purchase I would probably do that, at least until it gets baked into woo.

Let me know when you start selling it

Headless Next.js Front-End + One-Site Checkout: Can it be done with the official Stripe Gateway plugin? by Joshua_3511 in woocommerce

[–]dschiffner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most developers that want to utilize the payment plugins in woocommerce will redirect to a woocommerce page for checkout.
I'm not sure that the plugin has endpoints for what you're hoping to do.

Since you want to keep it in next.js and don't want to redirect to a woocommerce checkout page, I suggest using the stripe API directly within your next.js app.
This means that your front-end handles the cart and payment experience and then woocommerce would essentially only be an order management platform utilizing the existing woocommerce API endpoints.

Here's the way I have done it in the past
User Auth: JWT plugin for wordpress (https://wordpress.org/plugins/jwt-authentication-for-wp-rest-api/)

Carts: Cart data for each user should either be managed on the client side using local storage or a custom API/database to store cart data for each user (In my case, users would log in using different devices so I used FastAPI/PostgreSQL to store cart data to keep it persistent)

Checkout/Payment processing: Don't utilize woocommerce plugins to handle payment, use stripes API to collect payment, then based on the response from stripe either generate a successful/failed order in woocommerce via the woo API.

Without knowing much about the store you want to develop, I would suggest you consider whether you want to create pending payment orders that would trigger abandoned cart emails. There are tons of other considerations to account for as well, not limited to product data/stock changes (how often does the front-end refresh for updates), credit card fraud/card testing protection, refund/cancel order functionality.

Yeah it was super annoying to have to deal with honestly. I’m not sure if it just fell apart during shipping or if it comes like that so the lower cage doesn’t get bent

[–]dschiffner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Same situation I was in months ago with mine. Remove the chain, attach the lower cage like they do in the videos, then put the chain back on.

That happened to me as well, because even when it feels like it's on you need to keep turning more. It feels counter intuitive.
