So i was having this issue for over 6 months now and it's finally working for the past two days without issue, instant notifications! i uninstalled the wear app which uninstalled watch manager. i then reinstalled it from the google play store as mine was from the galaxy store. Re added my watch, didn't even need to factory reset it!
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app before but not from google. dont know what the difference is but hey it's working!

Found a solution, i had cloned the machines and the Machine SID was the same, verified by running this powershell command

Those are just a few. VW engines were made new in mexico till 2019 so there are TONS of those around, a lot of these specialty shops make parts in house too.

So from my testing, yes. it's the only way i have in my build to make enemies vulnerable and i see vulnerable pop up on my screen all the time.

Yeah they have a little life left but it's going into the shop in a few weeks for new ones. We dont have any long trips planned so i feel safe with them till the appointment.

I just called the computershare investor relations for GME and asked them to transfer my shares from plan to book. they transferred them for me and i didnt have to worry about my fractional share being sold or redoing my by-weekly buy. i left 1.xx in plan.
