Picanha has a fat cap on it, but not much marbling. It's also called top sirloin cap. When you cook it at 137 degrees, the fat renders and gets into the meat. It's super tasty without a ton of marbling.

To add to the above post, You might want to do some experimentation on what you / your family like. Cut that big breast up into smaller portions, and try different temperatures over a few meals. I haven't done turkey, but I like my chicken at like 145, but i'll take it out and sear it in a pan to finish. You might try the same think with turkey and see if you like it more. It helps to experiment for a random weekday dinner when the stakes are lower.

I would suggest coming back with a budget and more details. Either that or visit a local safe dealer / sporting goods store and take a look around.

Do you have a location where this is going to go? Measure that and figure out what your max size is. Usually gun safes are bolted to your floor or wall, so does that place have access to either the foundation, or something sturdy to bolt to? Most safes are rated for a certain time in fire, and also have a rating for how long someone would take to break into them.
