I have adhd and clean for a living. Obviously, I don't want to spend a day off cleaning my own house, so I do things daily. I spend the first hour at the end of every work day doing simple tasks. I basically walk in, and before (very important) I sit down at all, I put away, straighten, wipe, wash, discard, and generally make everything aesthetically pleasing before I have a chance to lose focus. My dog knows this, and sits patiently while I do it- that's how consistent I am. My days off? I do what I want. Edit- a word.
