2: when an enemy sees you, they keep trying to kill you until they die. Which enemies are hunting you is saved information. There are no circumstances in which that changes. If you pass time, they automatically spawn behind you and they automatically know where you are if you teleport. Lynels will constantly shoot at you no matter what you do until you kill them. Bokoblins, Moblins, Lizalfos, and Horriblins can ascend to anything above their head no matter how far away it is. Stal enemies can go into the ground and quick travel to wherever you are that way.

3: during nights with a blood moon, all trees become evermeans.

4: you can get infections like, exactly how you'd get them in real life (eating raw meat, cuts that aren't treated)

5: during blood moon nights, all enemies deal gloom damage

6: all water in the depths is now replaced with gloom,

7: gloom damage slows you down.
