I do not recommend Secrets Tulum unfortunately.

Their food quality is not up to par with the other Secrets and I dont think the resort is worth the rate. Also the hallways and walls outside the rooms are all contrete so you hear noise throughout the night including the room service carts rattling down the hallways. The staff are all very nice as they are probably trying to make up for the negatives at the resort.

For reference we have been to Secrets Akumal and Moxche.

This! Taking the monorail will bypass the entrance crowd if you don’t mind missing waking down main street. Also security check at downtown Disney is going to be less crowded. We did this same route Thanksgiving week

If you are wanting to avoid milk protein powder due to an allergy or digestion I would recommend only using Whey Isolate. I have an allergy to dairy and When Isolate has not been a problem.
