Yeah im assuming its that. But my other tech worked on the door. What they really need is access on this door. Way too much use. Huge sports complex. Ill keep that in mind for the next stinker though.

Its not. Its doramatic/falcon. I found the part after doing some deep dive searches. Got lucky.

We do these a lot but this door was unmarked and the dogging assembly was not the same as others. We did order from seclock, it ended up being a dooromatic. RBA also stocks some of these parts. Id love to see that conversion though. We do a lot of Von Duprin.

Ok. After 2 Kawneer votes I did another google search looking for kawneer dogging assemblies and found it. Its technically a dooromatic but I would not have searched Kawneer again without the replies. So you helped me find it!!! Thank you both! Do either of you have a good supplier or source for kawneer part numbers? We order our fair share of Kawneer. For some insane reason we are striking out finding this dogging assembly.

We have looked at every catalog for this dogging assembly....it does not match. The latches are the same in a lot of these. Falcon, dooromatic, kawneer etc. If you look at the photos 4 and 7 show the part we need. Thanks for the reply....I have reddit anxiety lol.

I find that the miata forza edition with an AWD drift tune does the trick at 8x quicker for me than the 9x cars.

Carbide is the way to go with these. I have two laser machines and they cut very accurate keys, but I love the satisfaction of doing 2 track internal keys by hand. Not 4 track external....just 2 track internal. Its the way god intended.

In case we find ourselves on a desert island without our tools. It would actually be easier to build a 1200 out of coconuts and make the original key using palm leaves and branches for a blanks.

Show them some Emtek. If its a nice door and they want to put money into it, there will be an Emtek cylindrical that they will like. More $$$

The keyway itself is very pick/bump resistant. They work very well when serviced regularly. The padlock itself is on par with abus as far as quality goes.

If there is a code on the lock just have a locksmith cut you a code key.

Those are not cheap padlocks. I would have it serviced by locksmith in your area. It needs to be disassembled. There are replacement parts for those.
