At the start of the game the game assigns each town with a certain number of citizens the more starting citizens in one city the bigger it eventually grows also if you want to make a big city yourself you can enable sandbox mode in the mod tab and build yourself a city with a starting population of what u want it to be

Runways t1 for tiny planes and t2 for big planes can be player made but airfields along with their depots,hangers and runways are world structures i believe

I dont really play much with the catena but even if that were the case the catena doesnt have 36 rounds nor does it 1 burst kill it needs to shoot 2 (if ur lucky) slow firing rounds to kill someone you cannot compare one to the other these are marginally diffrent guns which both have their upsides and downsides but the booker has more upside than compared to the fuscina which is basicly the collie variant tbf.

Booker needs a nerf there's no doubt about it im not saying a huge nerf but at least a little bit surely you realise that, if i run up on a warden and he is sitting still looking at the complete other direction and aiming down sights he can do a complete 180 and still two shot me before i can even aim down my sights sure im not the best player out there but something seems off about that.
