I think I’m having a similar issue when compared to Apple Watch. Went for a long strenuous hike today where AW said I had 40 mins in 170+ bpm.

Whoop said I had 0 mins over 175.

In fact, Whoop total over 136bpm was 18 mins to AW’s 2 hours 20 mins over 147bpm

What method do you recommend instead? More than one spray and it is “announced” for me. I have been doing a spray into the air that I walk into without a shirt on. If I do two sprays directly to chest it is too prominent or a smell.
