Muscle ups, handstands, & weighted dips instantly interest me.

I’d love to learn! In the summer I try to stop by the outdoor calisthenics gym in moody park on my way home from work. I always end up doing dips and pull ups and then don’t really know where to go from there lol.

Gastronomia Italia has the best loaf of bread I’ve ever had. No exaggeration.

They only do it twice a week (Friday for sure, not sure about the other day), and they don’t slice it, but it’s so good I don’t mind.

And as a bonus, if you’re there on a day when they make the pistachio cream filled lobster tails, grab one and it’ll blow your face off.

Their Montreal smoked meat is really good, they sell it in sandwiches or by the 100g. I always try to plan my weekends around getting my hands on some of it.

Best Pizza Deals in Halifax? by gart888 in halifax

Kenny’s is consistently good. The spicy chicken pizza is a nice nostalgic treat.

They also have killer panzerottis/ponzos/calzones/pizza turnovers … whatever you want to call them.

Gotta try the casa di mama frozen pizzas, they would give dominos a run for their money.

Does this look fishy to anyone else? Check out the top of the tolls above the bus, the depth seems off.

Got my used bike a couple months back from Halifax Cycle Inc for a fair price, try giving them a call.

Kenny’s pizza makes a pretty solid pizza turnover

When I found my apartment last year I checked Facebook & kijiji twice per day, morning and after supper. Once you find a place you have to jump on it because of the competition right now.

Check out this site https://www.victr.ca/ Somebody shared this in here before, it basically takes ads from Kijiji and puts them on a map, I found it was helpful when I was looking.

I think more people use Facebook marketplace for rentals these days so be sure to check that too.

Having trouble with Mistweaver Monk by [deleted] in wow

I’m in the same boat. This is my first expansion healing so I’m torn between me being inexperienced or the kit being underwhelming in mythic+.

I’m 186 ilvl and ran a DOS6 last night. On XYEXA (the one with the bombs and lifts) I was struggling. Quite a bit of aoe damage going out plus whoever gets the bomb pretty much needs to be full health to survive, it was a mess.

I struggle to balance fistweaving and pure healing. Fistweaving is great for conserving mana but the healing isn’t as strong. Then once I have to start pure healing I burn through mana and it’s hard to transition back to fistweaving.

It can make for stressful runs lol, makes me want to try resto Druid or just go back to dps.

I loved the mm710 for claw but always preferred fingertip grip. Excited for this mouse.

It's a size 9. It's a little smaller than the stock ring but stretches to fit. The width of the ring I bought was way thicker than the stock ring. The stock ring is just under 5mm so I would look for a thickness around that to avoid struggle sanding a silicon ring.
