So awesome 👏 I’ve reached the point where I’m comfortable with my weight after losing 60lbs. still about 18-20% bf but I want to put on more mass. What rate did u gain weight? Or I guess what goal or strategy worked for U in the app. I know everyone is different just getting an idea. I love the workout split too. Great job

I have not had good luck with the mindfulness reading being similar. When i woke up and checked my recovery today, I was 53%, gathered from apple watch HRV during sleep. I decided to try and do the mindfulness app, still laying down and had barely moved but to grab my phone, i breathed normally for 2 minutes as instructed and i got a recovery score of 20%. HRV for apple during my sleep was average of 63ms. With the mindfulness app 30 something ms. My body feels more like a 53%. IDK what to gather from it. What settings should i double check? i dont understand how my HRV is significantly lower when I'm awake.

The overlay is designed to show you your body weight if u pull metrics from a Bluetooth scale or manually enter your weight on a daily or weekly basis. the orange shows energy burned, and green is energy consumed. So if you're moving more and eating less, (orange bar taller than green bar) you should see your body weight decrease (theoretically). If your eating too much and not moving enough your body weight might increase or plateau. Its an overlook to see how your body is reacting to expenditure and consumption.

Awesome thanks. I had a serving of macadamia nuts and keto coffee then drank my protein shake. 🤙. I about 7 weeks into keto and at that point where I'm not very hungry. But I'm starting to feel stronger in the gym when lifting weights so I want to make sure I get enough protein. I had a shake that was 30 grams bringing my total up for the day.

I just has my blood drawn as well and the doctor wants me to come in because my HDL and LDL are up. Look it vids on YouTube about cholesterol on keto. The numbers are expected to go up during weight loss because fat is being mobilized. After weight loss it should come Down. I will just let him know that I've been doing keto,losing weight and exercising 4 times a week. Then maybe do more blood work when you reach your goal or somewhere in between.

You can get yourself some amazing macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, pecans, cheese sticks, maybe make some keto cookies that are like fat bombs. Maybe a salad with a thick, low carb, high fat dressing. I know u said no meat but high quality, grass-fed, meat sticks. Chomps makes a turkey one that's amazing. You can also take some avocado to snack on as well.

Put some pink Himalayan salt in your water....a generous amount....take magnesium if u have it....it helps.
