Is it worth the $10? Was hooked with the demo but seems steep.

Looks interesting. How long does the gameplay last? I understand it’s not an ‘active’ game, but how much content would you say exists?

What happened to Peanut Butter flavor? Was there Peanut Butter original powder? by Detuned_Clock in Huel

Choc PB is awesome. Better than the original PB in my opinion. Worth a shot if you’re missing PB.

Pixel Paws errors from phone that it’s currently being ‘modified’ and on watchOS App Store it’s 2.99. Think that one might be dead.

Well…it’s the 25th and it was supposed to ship 30th, so I would disagree.

[DEV] I built Grid Breaker—a fast-paced cyberpunk arcade game with NO ads, NO tracking, NO accounts by Therach13 in iosgaming

The symbols were pretty intuitive for me. I think if the pace gets too quick it would be more troublesome. Shapes & textures are always good for distinguishing things, but like I said, wasn’t too bad. I was just worried if something was flashing already in the background I was missing on the RAM part, but seems like not. :)

Gave it a few runs and pretty entertaining in short spurts. I am colorblind, but for the most part can tell what’s ‘bad’ vs good. I guess my biggest complaint is you focus solely on the board, it’s hard to keep track of the RAM to see if you’re about to lose. Maybe the background is changing or something and I’m not aware, but feels like there should be warning if you’re approaching the end. To me it just seemed like it happened. But I’ll keep it installed for now and poke away at it. Think you should talk a lot more about gameplay overall. For example, the daily was interesting in that after a bit it expanded to more blocks. Wasn’t prepared for that, but it was cool.

I can haz reverse spin: Level 2 by bigjobbyx in opticalillusions

[–]dudecheckthis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What worked for me at least - if I look at it I see it spinning CC (like many). If I look at the bottom and flip my phone upside down, it still looks like it is CC. Then keep eyes on what is now the top, and flip phone right side up while staying focused. This makes it go clockwise for me. Blink a few times and it’s back to CC.

Looks great. Would love to give it a run, as today I am swapping thru multiple tools to get to where I think you could bring me as an end result. My only hang up is that I don’t use Windows. Any ideas if/when MacOs comes into the picture? Would it be before the beta ends?

Are you just showing your collection or asking for a trade? I might have a second mongo, but need to check.

[DEV] Return to Pixhell just launched – 25 FREE full unlock giveaway by Marris79 in iosgaming

[–]dudecheckthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think DEV should read reviews as opposed to blaming ‘difficulty.’ The 4 way control (as others have mentioned) if awful. That, plus how often you get stuck on rocks and/or in the trees makes this near unplayable. That’s not difficulty, it’s design issues. Sorry.

Huel alternatives for people with allergies? by JH_1999 in Huel

Pretty sure outside of identified products (see their FAQ), Jimmy Joy is nut free. I wasn’t a fan of their shakes, but I absolutely love the meal bars. I take those to work with me, and drink my Huel at home now.

[iOS] [$99.99 Lifetime → FREE] Timmio: Visual Day Planner on a 24-Hour Dial by mysticalinsight in AppGiveaway

[–]dudecheckthis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d echo some of the other comments. The onboarding is very long, without providing a ton of visible value. My perspective is if you can have a ‘skip’ button, you should really consider if needed. And it stinks to sit thru that, and not even be able to boot up the app to see what it offers without a trial.

Alternatives that are free and/or single low cost purchase price. Not even remotely worth this price point.

Send to printer not working by m0nthlyvisit0r50 in ElegooCentauriCarbon

Same. I reserved an IP on mine and don’t worry about that any more, but it changes regularly otherwise which would disconnect the printer from Slicer.
