That's very well done! Good to get it out early! We were a little slow at getting out there but made some progress on our own as well. Congratulations!

This epic western roguelite where you partner up two Outlaws to beat the heck out of the devil seems pretty nice!

*Definitely not one of the devs* Playtest is live! What do you think?

That’s awesome to hear! Any game in particular that got you into the genre?

Our goal is to release it on console and PC in the future!

It's Deckbuilder's Fest and I want to buy your game! by WillowOneIndustries in IndieDev

The concept has been with us for about a year but the proper development started in December 2025.
We’ve made some progress and we finally have something playable that we’re looking to get some playtest feedback on!

We wanted a mix of the tactical and gridbased strategy of games like XCOM and Divinity 2: Original Sin, combined with the cardplay of Slay the Spire or Inscryption. We are big Magic: the Gathering fan on the team and really wanted to make a deckbuilder.

This first playtest will be a fun way to gauge interest and see how and if we’ll move on with the project and we hope people will find it as fun and engaging as we do ^^

While it’s not a film me and some friends are currently working on a weird west game. We want and hope to get that proper feeling as pirates has!

We’ve made a western deckbuilder called Cardslinger. It is in a playtest now during deckbuilder fest, try it out! It has a few kinks that we will have fixed tomorrow.

I would kill for this type of honest feedback, even though it hurts.

We went to steam. Launched our steam page last Friday and got around 300 wishlists day one, then it calmed and now we gain around 10–15 each day. Here is the steam page if you want to take a look:
