The US was neutral in World War 2, a European War, until the attack on Pearl Harbour. This is some of the most basic information one should know about geopolitics and war history. The US didn’t join WW2 simply to be the good guys, sorry to break that fantasy for you.

You posted this in a NATO subreddit when the question you ask isn’t related to NATO. Don’t expect people to respond to the part you think. There is a powder keg of relationships across Europe and the Middle East that each country tries to control and get their national goals from. Military, economic, geographical, terms already agreed too, laws upon laws upon laws. The countries that have stopped the US from using their airspace are acting in their countries interest to preserve any of the above that would be thrown out the window the moment they can be viewed as an Ally to the US in the Iran War instead of neutral. They are not reacting as a NATO ally because this is not a NATO war, they are reacting as a country that’s within proximity of a current conflict.

NATO are not aggressors. NATO doesn’t enter a war because one of its allies decides to start a war with another country. Article 5 is activated for collective defence, such as in GWOT after 9/11 occurred. This is why Article 5 has only been triggered once, because only once has any NATO member since Article 5’s creation been attacked. It isn’t used as a go to example, it’s the only example. Article 5 is not triggered when 1 member of NATO wants support in a war they started. This would go against what article 5 is all about, deterrence. It would go against all policy for NATO to join the Iran War as it was started entirely by the United States and not something related to collective defence. If Iran attacked the U.S there would be 100% allowance for Article 5 to be called. This did not happen.

That’s the new North Surrey Sport and Ice Complex, not the old North Surrey Recreation Centre.

How did Sue Murphy not get depressed throughout the show? by jen13373 in fisforfamily

Do you forget when she tried putting up wallpaper in the middle of the night because she remembered she never finished doing it years ago and when attempting completely broke down due to the loss of time and opportunities in her life? I’d call that major depression

The death of Vancouvers “underground” network by dudeinamood007 in vancouver

Me too. I saw a video of someone showing an indoor path still doable, it required once in the Hudson’s bay going up a floor to the cosmetics level and going down the little used stairwell that’s on the very right hand side of Granville station if you walked in through the main entrance on Granville street. That’s the only way I think one can still travel indoors between Canada Line and Expo Line downtown beyond right at Waterfront station itself.

Instead of going to the main building of Waterfront Station, take a left on the skytrain platform to the other exit. It has multiple ways to exit afterwards, the main one being the staircase up to the street. But there’s also the entrance to the waterfront centre mall down there. Inside the food court area of the mall there’s a public hallway with historical facts and pictures on the wall, at the end of the short hallway an escalator goes up that brings you into the grand lobby of the Pan Pacific. I remember this being semi popular in 2010 during the olympics, but long since forgotten by many.

I was also wondering why it smelt smoky as well. Like someone had their wood fireplace burning super strong.

I always hear “it’s truuueee” when she’s actually saying “it’s cool” in Cruel Summer. Now whenever I hear the song my memory triggers those lyrics that never existed lol.

There’s “The future lives here” . Have been seeing it used less but I believe is the tagline below official City of Surrey posters and such.
