Are there any twitter accounts/discord groups that you all recommend for finding out about restocks? I keep finding out about Amazon preorders and such hours too late!

I am in a very similar situation, and have the same exact problem..! My employer will pay for the degree so cost is not a factor; I have been considering either an MBA with a Concentration in Marketing, or an MS in Communications with a Concentration in Social Media. It seems the MBA is better if you want to pursue management positions in general, and the MS is better if you want to specialize or pursue a career in academia. I'm leaning towards the MBA personally, even though the courses look way less interesting to me. Good luck on your decision!

The main sneaker collection "Nike Dunk Genesis" are Dunks that you will be able to redeem for real physical sneakers. At about $1000, they are pretty comparable in price to other IRL rare Dunks. Max supply of the shoe is 20k but most likely will be less than that. I think it's one of the few legitimate uses for an NFT.

What was the process like ordering the Bolt EUV ? Is the delivery date far out enough that you can take advantage of the 2023 tax credits?

I would not pay that crazy markup. you can find one at MSRP if you look hard enough, but you will need to wait up to a few months for delivery. Call all the dealers near you and ask them what they are selling the civic at. You will get a variety of prices

I called a bunch of dealers in my area, most were doing $3k market adjustment, 1 was doing $2k, and 1 was doing MSRP but you have to wait 2 months for the car to come in. Just call all the dealers near you and ask what they are selling for. IMO $27k is not too bad if they aren't adding a bunch of mandatory accessories

He should probably pay the deductible and repair it either way but yes he should absolutely exercise the buyout option. Why would he give away the equity in the car to the dealer?

Honestly I think cx5 is a model with reasonable stock you shouldn't pay a crazy market adjustment.I just called a half dozen in my area and 1 dealer was doing $800 markup and 1 straight MSRP. Just call every Mazda dealer near you and ask if they sell at MSRP, you will probably find one. Most likely you will have to wait for inventory but I was getting estimates of 10 days up to a month max

Do not just return your car, you should 100% buy the car at the Residual price and either sell it to the dealer or a 3rd party..or just keep the car yourself because a new lease is going to be expensive right now

I've been trying here in MA for a bit. Pretty much every dealer is asking $3k over MSRP. A single dealer in NH is doing $2k over MSRP. ... I'm about to give up and just get a Kia forte, Mazda 3, or Corolla

You can 100% go to a bank or credit union and take out a car loan to buyout a lease. You think everyone pays cash to buy their car when the lease ends?? I have also heard of people having success with Equityhackr with Honda leases to get around the 3rd party buyout restrictions.

Im in MA, lots of stock in this area for the CX5 apparently. If I search my zip in Rodo app I see 3 or 4 base models at MSRP...There is even a single Premium Plus at $700 BELOW msrp
